Deliveries and pickups preferably occur before and after weekends (due to minimal staff availability whilst fulfilling our ceremony packages- Saturdays/ Sundays are our busiest days). Please check with your chosen location for accepted delivery times. On occasion we can deliver over the weekend subject to staff availability.
Our security bonds range from $50 to $200. These amounts are refunded on return/pickup of items in original condition.
Our packages may incur an additional travel fee for locations outside a 50km radius
We do not offer refunds for cancellations however we will offer a credit to be used at a later date (subject to availability)
When hiring with Vintage Peacock, the client takes full responsibility for items while in their care. Any damages greater than the security fee charged will result in a separate invoice to replace fix and or clean items.
